PortlandOR.net does not add advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts or account sign-in. Resource filtering happens in your browser. We do not use cookies or browser storage for this feature.
The homepage search uses a normal URL query to open the resource directory, so that query may appear in your browser history and standard hosting request logs. Avoid entering private or sensitive information into site search.
City news & external links
The homepage requests current city-news headlines from this site’s server. The server retrieves the City of Portland’s public RSS feed and temporarily caches results. Your browser does not contact the city feed directly. Images, styles and scripts are served from this site.
Following an external link opens the destination website, which has its own privacy practices. This guide does not receive information about what you do on those sites.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts and secures this website. Standard request information, such as an IP address, request URL, browser headers and request time, may be processed for delivery, security and operational logs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
We do not promise that hosting processes no data. The distinction is that this guide does not add a separate person-tracking system.
